Research seminar of the INTERTECH Corporation "Modern devices for the IR and Raman spectroscopy" was held on September, 11 at the Center for Optical and Laser Materials Research. The INTERTECH Corporation was represented by the senior specialist in equipment for the FT-IR and Raman spectroscopy in Europe, Middle East and Africa Bruno J. Beccard (left on the photo) and the technical specialist in equipment for the IR and Raman spectroscopy Sergei Vadimovich Tikhomirov (right on the photo).  

The seminar was devoted to the review of the modern FT-IR spectrometers and IR microscopes produced by Thermo Scientific and its use. Also the issues of applications of the FT-IR spectrometers wrer discussed. The seminar was attended by the research workers from the Faculties of Chemistry, Physics and Biology of SPbSU as well as the Institute of Cytology, Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS ISC)
