Biography

1988 Graduated from Leningrad State University, Department of physics, General physics I.

1988-1991 – Post-graduate study at Department of physics, Saint-Petersburg State University.

1995 – PhD (Candidate of Physics and Mathematics)

2002-2006 – The director of the Scientific Research Institute “Russian Center of Laser Physics”, Saint-Petersburg State University.

2007 – Associate professor at Laser Chemistry and Laser Materials research Department and General physics I.

2011 – The director of the “Center for optical and laser materials research”.

Publications

Over 80 papers and 5 patents.
