From March, 18 to March, 25 the leading specialist of the resource center "Optical and laser materials research" Alexander Shimko has passed an internship in scientific and industrial company SOL instruments, Minsk, Belarus.

On February 17, a seminar on the topic "Use of nanoparticles in photodynamic therapy / photodynamic inactivation of microorganisms" was held in the RC OLMIV. The seminar was attended by the staff of the Department of Laser Chemistry and Materials Science of the Institute of Chemistry of St. Petersburg State University and staff of the RC. Elena Lastovskaya, an engineer from the IFMO University, delivered a report.
